Whirlwind Weekend.

I'm all pooped out from the busyness of this weekend, and yet I don't feel like we had a whole lot going on! But, when isn't life a little crazy? Here's a brief picture recap of the weekend:

Friday morning yard sale finds:

These are all in my refashion basket (or pile more like). Big plans for the white H&M dress, so stay tuned.

For the little man!
I'm in love with this shirt... and I got all the clothes above and this stuff (plus a pair of pants and shirt I forgot to picture) for 5 bucks!

A shop in town was going out of business, and that's where I scored these lovelies:

Brand-new but at thrift store prices... can anyone say genuine leather for $6?

The continuing story of my sewing pattern project:

The bust is finished.

Collar Progress... which I've finished now and it looks lovely.
More updates to come in a dedicated post.

Saturday yard sales:

Seriously! We're already missing a couple pieces from the owl puzzle.

Tugger came with me but he just couldn't keep up. All "tuggered" out as we say!

Very spur-of-the-moment DIY wreath:

How do you like the a-symetrical look?
Can you believe someone threw all these nice faux flowers in the dumpster?
And no I didn't dive in to get them, they were sitting on the top of a box. ;)

Kind of the best part... it cover's the ugly "no soliciting" sign.
But I still don't want you soliciting, ya hear!

And not picture was our Sunday adventures. We had some friends over for dinner and then the four of us (plus two adorable toddlers) went on a bike ride. I think the best part about this weekend was it's lack of structure and the chance I had to do some random things that I love and don't often have time for. How was yours? What were your fun adventures?
