Ask anyone who know's me well, and they'll tell you that I just can't NOT be busy. I literally don't know how to sit and relax. Okay, I can sit and relax but I prefer to have projects (i.e. my fall/winter to do list) to keep my mind working and my body moving. I blame my mom.

But yesterday I just tried to relax, get a little housework done, and take the little guy out to see some nature and play at a playground. I tried, but even still, Tugger kept me on my toes and running through mud puddles. Thank goodness for an easy, mom friendly outfit like this.

While we were out on our nature walk, there were gun shots going off all around. For my mom's sake I'll confess the gun shots weren't that close, but I worried for a couple seconds, okay. We could've been mistaken for a deer!!! And then I realized we were wearing shades of orange. Few.

Back to clothes. Let me tell you the budget friendly secret of this outfit. The pants I'm wearing are cropped cargo capris! I just thought of wearing them with boots for a fall outfit, and it was genius! So, with olive being the on trend color this fall, I found a way not to buy another pair of pants and still stay trendy... I hope!

You've probably been doing this for years, but it was an ah-ha moment for me today.
